Support That Meets You

Not every perinatal journey will look the same, but every journey deserves a loving witness — which is why we offer individualized and couples therapy tailored to your unique season. Whether you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or grieving a loss, you may be carrying more than you expected: anxiety, sadness, isolation, guilt, or a sense of disconnection.

Left unaddressed, these feelings can take a deeper toll on your well-being, your relationships, and your sense of self. Our therapists are here to walk with you—gently, expertly, and without judgment.

On this page, you’ll find an overview of the support we offer at each stage of the perinatal experience. We invite you to explore and see how we can help you feel more grounded, understood, and supported—wherever you are in your journey.

Trying to Conceive

Therapy during this time can help you hold space for the complexity of hope, grief, and uncertainty. Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, medical interventions, or the emotional toll of waiting, this service offers space to process and cope.

This support is for individuals and couples who:

  • Feel isolated, anxious, or overwhelmed by the trying-to-conceive journey
  • Are navigating fertility treatments, recurrent loss, or difficult decisions
  • Want tools to manage stress, communicate with partners, and stay grounded

You’ll gain insight, emotional relief, and a space where your experience is honored with care and understanding.

    Pregnant

Pregnancy brings a mix of emotions—excitement, fear, joy, and vulnerability. Therapy helps you process what’s coming up for you, manage stress, and prepare mentally and emotionally for birth and parenthood.

This support is for individuals and couples who:

    • Are feeling anxious, unsettled, or disconnected during pregnancy
    • Are navigating high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy after loss, or identity shifts
    • Are wanting to strengthen communication and emotional connection before baby arrives

You’ll leave feeling more supported, emotionally equipped, and connected to yourself and your partner.

    Postpartum

The postpartum period can be joyful—and also deeply disorienting. Whether you’re struggling with mood changes, identity shifts, or feeling distant from your partner, therapy provides a nonjudgmental space to process your experience and begin to feel more like yourself again.

This support is for individuals and couples who:

    • Are new or new-again parents dealing with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or burnout
    • Feel isolated, emotionally disconnected, or unsure of how to ask for help
    • Are navigating changes in intimacy, roles, and communication

You’ll receive support to heal, reconnect, and move through this season with more steadiness and clarity.

    Grief & Loss

Perinatal loss is heartbreaking—and often invisible. Whether you’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, a failed IVF cycle, or infant loss, you deserve space to grieve and be witnessed in your pain. Therapy offers gentle, compassionate support through the depth of your loss.

This support is for individuals and couples who:

    • Are grieving any form of perinatal or fertility loss
    • Feel unseen, alone, or overwhelmed by their grief
    • Are needing help making meaning, processing trauma, or rebuilding after loss

You’ll find a space to move through grief with care, to feel held, and to begin healing on your terms.
