My passion for perinatal mental health began in my early work with children and adolescents. In supporting them, I quickly recognized how deeply the emotional well-being of primary caregivers shapes a family’s overall health—and how often those caregivers’ own needs go unseen and unmet.

At the heart of my work is a belief in honoring each person’s unique story at any stage of the reproductive timeline —  trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, and loss. I value the power of the therapeutic relationship as a space for empathy, growth, and genuine connection.

I am also on my own fertility journey, and I intimately understand the emotional ups and downs—the blend of hope, grief, and everything in between. This lived experience deepens my commitment to creating a compassionate, validating space for others as they navigate their own paths.

Every client I meet invites me into their season of life, and I consider it a profound privilege to listen, support, and walk alongside them.

My dedication to the field of perinatal mental health began while working with refugee mamas throughout their pregnancies. Witnessing their strength and resilience inspired my commitment to helping all parents feel supported, understood, and empowered during this transformative time.

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and insight-oriented approaches to help clients navigate challenges, build effective coping skills, and foster emotional growth. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients can safely share their experiences across the full spectrum of reproductive health.

Fun fact: I spent two years working alongside a midwife, supporting couples and mamas throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period — this included “catching” babies and celebrating their very first birthdays!

You don’t have to hold it all together on your own. Whether you’re feeling stuck in repeating patterns, struggling to feel connected in your relationships, or yearning for peace within yourself — therapy offers space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to heal.

As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, I bring both heart and science to my work. I’m deeply curious about how our brains, bodies, and relationships shape who we are and how that understanding can create lasting change.

I offer a warm, grounded, and compassionate space to explore your emotions, your story, and your hopes for the future. My approach draws from SFBT, EFT, CBT, and mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with yourself and those you love in more authentic, meaningful ways.

Outside the therapy room, I’m drawn to creativity, connection, and time in nature — reminders of the same balance and presence I hope to help clients cultivate in their own lives.

Credentials & Training
  • Master Level Student Intern Clinician

I am a graduate student in Clinical Counseling at Southwestern College. I feel called to support women and couples through seasons of change, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and loss. I aim to offer a steady, compassionate presence where clients can explore their experiences and reconnect with their strength and clarity.

My professional background includes work as a designer, outdoor guide, retreat facilitator, yoga teacher, bodyworker, and entrepreneur. Across these roles, one thread has remained consistent ~ a desire to help others center into themselves. This informs my holistic, integrative approach, drawing from humanistic and person-centered theory alongside somatic practices. I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and narrative techniques to support clients in building self-awareness, agency, and trust. I value growth through exploration and often turn to nature for grounding and perspective, bringing that same curiosity into the therapy space.

It is deeply meaningful to be invited into people’s lives during vulnerable and transformative times, and I hold that responsibility with care and respect as I support clients in creating lives that feel more aligned and authentic to who they are.
